Locally owned and managed by Richard Harr, MR Renovate LLC is built on a lifelong passion for craftsmanship. Richard’s journey began at home, inspired by the woodworking and craft skills passed down by his father and grandfather.
Richard’s professional journey was shaped by two influential mentors. His first opportunity came in high school when a youth leader from his church offered him a construction job. Later, Richard spent 12 years honing his skills under Melvin Harms at Harms Home Improvements Inc, where he learned the complexities of high-quality remodeling.
With over 20 years of remodeling experience, Richard established MR Renovate LLC in 2025. Naming the company after the first initials of his wife and himself, ‘M‘elissa and ‘R‘ichard.
From basement finishes to roofing and everything in between, Richard is committed to upholding the highest industry standards. He approaches every project with a focus on quality craftsmanship, striving to exceed customer expectations from start to finish
